Person Hiring Pledge

As a Person Hiring college students on the OLT platform I pledge to:

• Remember that I am hiring young adults who may be new to the working world.
• Be clear with my expectations and directions and provide a review of the students I’ve worked with when my job is complete.
• Never exploit students or ask a student to do anything that is illegal or dangerous.
• Pay students on time and at the agreed upon rate.
